    Most Kenya trips are sold to you. Yours gets built with you.

    ou have probably had this experience. You ask about a safari and get back one fixed price for a package somebody else designed. You cannot change any of it. You do not know if the person who replied has ever stood in the park you are paying to visit.

    We started Daring Escapes because that felt backwards. So we do it the other way round. We ask how you like to travel, then build the days around what you actually want. A slower morning or one more night by the lake. If a day does not feel right, we change it. Nothing is fixed until you say yes.

    I normally never write a review but I have to make an exception here; Eric and Louisa are the best guides you can ask for. They become your friend rather than you being just a client and they will plan the perfect itinerary for you according to your likes. Though I got in touch last minute, Eric and Louisa ensured that I had the most amazing weekend in Kenia with a fully packed action plan; with a boat on Lake Naivasha, a walking safari on Crescent Island, a bike ride through Hell’s gate and a hike in the famous Lion King gorge (day 1), hiking up Mt Longonot and even a horsewalk through the savanna (day 2). All with a private guide, the best tunes in their 4x4, a beautiful stay alongside the lake, and the most beautiful animal spotting throughout!
